5. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned unused and in the condition they were received, with all original packaging and accessories.

6. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original Visa or Mastercard used for purchase within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Items that arrive damaged due to misuse after delivery, or that are missing original packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund.
